Return period is extended for Christmas orders. Please be sure to contact us by January 15 to facilitate returns/exchanges of Christmas gifts.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we ask that you contact us by phone or email requesting a return. We will then send you our automated return email with an RA# that can be used for the return.
To attain an RA:
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
RefundsCustomer is responsible for price of shipping item back to us (either USA or Canada warehouse) If a refund, we will refund you the price of the item and tax (does not include original shipping cost).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that we have refunded you.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please allow up to 5 business days. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
ExchangesCustomer is responsible for price of shipping item back to us (either USA or Canada warehouse) If you are requesting an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. We only replace items if they are defective in which case we often ask for a photo to be emailed to us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
